Western States Auto Theft Investigators Association Hawaii

Our Background

WSATI-Hawaii Chapter membership is restricted to Federal, State, Military Police, City and County law enforcement agencies, insurance investigators, and employees that are directly, or indirectly involved in the investigation and prosecution of auto thefts. WSATI Hawaii is a member of the Western Regional Chapter of IAATI, the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators.

Detectives of the Honolulu Police Departments Auto Theft Detail, (present, previous and retired), saw the need to form this Chapter of WSATI in the State of Hawaii, to open avenues of communication between the insurance industry, law enforcement agencies, and government agencies in order to combat the auto theft problems in the State.

Should you have any questions, please contact any of the WSATI-Hawaii board members listed above. Thank you for your interest and participation in the WSATI-Hawaii Chapter.

Our Work

We strive to do it all here at WSATI Hawaii. Our Non-Profit Organization provides training for auto theft detectives, insurance company special investigators, vehicle leasing loss prevention agents, federal, state, county, and other people involved in the investigation, recovery, and prevention of vehicle thefts. Investigators from the State of Hawaii attend the trainings to share information about current cases, suspects, and auto theft trends.
